The Tony Team.com is a website for the purpose of keeping my friends and relatives informed of my ongoing activities. I invite them to join me in my endeavors as I explore new horizons and the challenges ahead. I am also ever so grateful to them for their referrals and continued support hat have been and is the lifeline of my exciting career in real estate. I have been blessed with their support in a multitude of endeavors over the years that has allowed me the luxury and joy of working with a number of exciting associates in a variety of careers from my original job out of college as a radio announcer at WTSN in Dover, New Hampshire to move on to a director at WNAC-TV in Boston. I danced with the stars as an instructor at Arthur Murray Dance Studios followed by a number of adventures that led to my exciting real estate career. In between there were many disappointments and hard lessens learned but with the support of The Tony Team I was able to find the silver lining in the clouds.
 
One of the most rewarding experiences I had in the late 1980's was when I sold the Singleton's house with no central heat, no indoor plumbing and plenty of termites to keep them company. It taught me that there is more to selling real estate than selling a house. They were in their mid 70's at the time. He wanted a new station wagon to replace his sick Chevy. She wanted heat and hot running water to bathe in.  I sold them a new house in Hanson, helped him buy a new station wagon, and was able to get them a small mortgage that would be paid off by one of their social security checks. They urged me to help other older people like them because they felt that I understood them. They urged me to write their friends a real estate newsletter for them.
 
I then started my real estate newsletter 'Decisions, by Mr. Anthony". The response to that newsletter evolved into what I fondly refer to as 'The Tony Team". To all my friends that have been the lifeline of my endeavors in the Tony Team, I thank you and promise to do the best for you always. I continue to look forward to hearing from you as we face the many new challenges ahead.  Thank you for the confidence you have placed in me.
