Mr. Massimino has served Southeastern Massachusetts as a Real Estate Consultant for over 30 years. He was with the Jack Conway Co. for more than 27 years as a multi-million dollar producer – Top Residential Listing and Top Residential Selling Broker. He served as the Director of each of the following Divisions of the company: Commercial and Industrial Divisions; Real Estate Consulting Division; Planning and Development Division; and as a Certified License Instructor in the Conway Co. School of Real Estate. As the Director of Special Real Estate Projects, Tony Massimino walked and reviewed 182 sites throughout Southeastern Mass. to identify the site for the new world headquarters of Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc.

Tony assembled 18 individual parcels to create Ocean Spray's 350 acre campus in Lakeville/Middleboro and obtained municipal water from Taunton and municipal sewage from the Town of Middleboro to make the site a reality. As Ocean Spray’s exclusive Real Estate Consultant he sub-leased their property on the waterfront in Plymouth and then was hired by Destination Cinemas to establish an I-Max theatre in Plymouth. He sold Jack Conway the site in Norwell for the relocation of his company headquarters. As the Assistant Real Estate Director of Angelo's Supermarkets and the Curtis Compact-Tedeshchi Food Stores he helped establish 4 new supermarkets and 16 convenience store sites and centers. As President of RE/MAX Southeast he identified several locations and opened 3 new offices helping to establish RE/MAX in Southeastern Massachusetts, prior to a near fatal auto accident.

Considered an expert in Site Selection, Site Analysis, the highest and best use of Real Estate, and a Real Estate Problem Solver by his peers, Tony is frequently called upon by several major law firms to assist them in solving estate problems when large tracts of real estate are involved. Tony holds the SRES designation as an accredited Senior Real Estate Specialist and is considered "a primary care" Realtor, Broker, or Real Estate Consultant.
