On March 17, 1977, Anthony " Tony" Massimino, Real Estate Broker, joined the Jack Conway Company as an associate in the Conway Hanover Office as a real estate salesman. Within a short period of time Tony was recognized as the top listing broker and not too long thereafter as the top selling broker in the company.

Within five years, Tony was a multi-million dollar producer, who to that point had not sold a multiple listing property and suggested to Jack that there should be some incentive to sell Conway listings over competitive company's listings. Jack responded by initiating the Bronze, Silver, and Gold trip incentive programs and Tony joined the first Gold trip to Aruba as well as the second one to Bermuda.

Jane Eastman asked Tony, a Boston College graduate, to join her as a Certified Licensed Instructor in the establishment of the Conway Company School of Real Estate. Tony worked with Jack as the Director of the company's Planning and Development Division; Commercial and Industrial Divisions; and Real Estate Consulting Division as he helped purchase a number of properties for new offices and the expansion of the company. As the Director of Special Real Estate Projects, Massimino was called upon to direct the site search for the relocation of the world headquarters for Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. as well as one for the relocation of the Conway Company's headquarters.

During the Flutie years and while Tony's daughter, Anna, was attending Boston College, the Massiminos and Jack & Patty Conway used the "Jack-Mobile" (Jack's motor home) to tailgate and attend all the Boston College football games. Tony and family were also privileged to take the motor home to The Cotton Bowl Game and Disney World during that time.

Hired as Ocean Spray's exclusive real estate consultant, Tony took a leave from the Conway Company and returned a few years ago when Jack expected to have another major project like the Ocean Spray project. When it did not materialize, Tony got certified as a Senior Real Estate Specialist and decided to become available as an independent "primary care" Real Estate Consultant, Realtor, and Broker.
